To Our Customers: Thank you all for your support during this time and continuing to Shop Local with us. We understand, while at home, you will continue to count on us to provide you important in-home needs like refrigerators, mattresses, washing machines, stoves, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, etc. These important appliances not only keep your home clean and safe, but offer you the freedom to live and function sufficiently and independently. While we are eager to support you and your in-home needs, it is critical we follow all the guidance from our State and the CDC to keep you and our team safe. We have worked as a team to balance these needs. There is also currently a global shortage on many products. We ask for your paintence as we find what is best suited for your situation as we all adjust to the new/next normal. 

Our showroom is now open Monday through Sunday M-Thur 10AM-6PM, Fri-Sat 9-5, Sun 10-3PM. Our local and experienced team can also support your needs online and through scheduled appointments . We will serve our customers through contactless online/telephone communication, curbside pickup, drop-box delivery, and safe installation and hookup. We have special needs and at risk customer shopping hours by appointment.

Through our online tools you may:

  • schedule a contactless pick-up with our team
  • schedule a contactless drop-box delivery
  • schedule essential hookups and installations wherever permitted and under strict safety guidelines. 

We know that some of you have already scheduled deliveries and installations, and those deliveries will continue without interruption.

To Our Community and Local Business Partners: We know this is a hard time for everyone. We are working hard with the community and other small businesses to ensure we come out of this stronger, together. Please support your local businesses that are open. In partnership with other locally owned businesses, we have launched ShopLocalCT.com and we are working hard with business and government leaders in our community to ensure local CT owned businesses will continue to grow and thrive in our area. Not all businesses are as fortunate as we are to have the option to continue sales online. We look forward to sharing stories of success on how we are all getting through this together.

We know this is a world issue that varies depending on where you are and your individual circumstances. We understand supply and demand will be limited. We appreciate what you are doing to maintain continuity.
